A Happy Birthday

Hi there,

After the move all my crafty stuff is still in boxes. I had to do some digging around to make this card :D 

I used the "Wonderful Window" dies, the cat is from the Halloween set "Spooktacular" and the happy birthday sentiment is from "Birthday Tags"

I am playing in this brand new challenge :)

it's been a while since I posted. I have a lot going on...we bought a new house, moving this fall. Yay! This is so exciting!

 So my little Papertrey Ink house is just perfect! I love the Petite Places line. Houses are my weakness :)

I cut out and stamped the tiny house and tree to create this little gift topper.

The edges are distressed for an aged look.

I thought a fishy birthday card would be perfect  for ocean loving Jenn ;)

I CASED two of her fantastic cards and mixed them together because I love them both.

The sweet fish and bubbles are from the critters in the sea set. I stamped the bubbles with mermaid ink. The background was embossed with a fun polka dot folder, and I used pink lemonade single cord :)

Lawnscaping Challenge #106 - NewTechnique

Hello, here's the new Lawnscaping Challenge #105 - try a new technique! This fun challenge is sponsored by awesome Lawn Fawn!

I used my critters on the farm set and the scripty hello die. The die cut inlay technique is fun, a little bit like a puzzle :)I cut out the hello and the clouds, distressed the die cuts and glued them on the card base. This way I got dimension even though the card is flat.

Lawnscaping Challenge #102 - Distress Addicts

Aren't we all distress addicts?! I love to distress the edges of my projects :) as I did here. 

My chocolate bunny is covered with glossy accents. To distress the edges and clouds I used tea dye distress ink.

There is some spica glitter(too marker) on the eggs.
